Thinking!!

The light of day hasn't reached us yet;  it is coming but a few more hours of darkness before we get to see the beauty of a new bright and beautiful day.  Right now it is pitch black, there is a car parking and I bet the driver is still trying to wake up and get in a work mood.  Back in bed, under the covers is probably wishful thinking on her part as she walks over to the entrance door.  No lights on at the hospital wing, well there are lights on but the shades have not been drawn.  It is early...probably close to five a.m......yes, an early bird, what can I say....it must be nice to sleep in but some of us never acquired that habit even when we tried.  ... smile. 

Thinking over yesterday, it was a good day.   I had a walk out.  I had company.  I have a dish filled with the brilliance and colors of fall; bright, beautiful fallen leaves so a little of the outside comes in and brightens the apartment.   The tea pot was on and the cookies put on a plate.  They are not as good as they should be so I will not buy that brand again.   A cookie should be a treat and tasty;  some are not so you have to pay out a bit more to get the 'good stuff'  smile!!!  I think it is time for a trip to Freddys and look over the cookie aisle.   A fresh fig bar is always tasty, but...oh those chocolate ones with marshmallows, yum.....what is that 'meet you in the hallway' song???  ha, ha, don't scarf them all up before I get there.....so....there is no new news;  all is quiet here at Ridgemont. 

So.....off I go to watch a little news on the television.    Open the blinds and see what kind of a day we are in for.  It has been springlike, warm, beautiful and not a hint of inclement weather...no snow...yet....but...wait awhile....smile!!
