Winter has a beauty all its own. There is something about bramble bushes that tell a story if you look close enough. Letters to see, limbs entwine with a message of love and hope. If, given an opportunity, take a walk down a bramble pathway and look at the message that winter brings. Promises of new beginnings when winter is over and done with and Spring comes along with bright promises of new beginnings; something to look forward to when you find a winter day long. I don't think we find the time long or slow right now as the holidays approach. Christmas is around the corner and the list is long, hours short, money tight, and still we will find our way to celebrate, helpfully a homemade gift holding a tiny bit of your heart. Remember it is not how much money you spend but how much of your heart you share. So...today go over to your church and buy something from the Christmas bazaar. Some folks have worked hard to make special items and add a little love to their work. Be a person of love and light today. Be sure you light up a room when you walk in. Be sure you open your arms and share a hug or two. Put some sparkle in your eyes; some sweet palaver in your mouth and get into the holiday spirit. Go....you can help make the holiday bright and beautiful...just like you!!! Put on some Christmas music, get in the mood, and enjoy. Hugs to all.
