The outside is dark, no lights on in the hospital wing...yet...but it wont be long before the cars start moving in, the workers ready for a new day and the patients hopefully feeling a lot better today. Lois and I went over to visit Vinnie yesterday and he looked pretty good. He said he even felt better. We brought him some goodies and some reading material and hopefully he will have a quick recovery or he will be sent over to the VA hospital and that is to far for a visit. We just want him feeling better and back with us.
It was a cold wet day, not one for an outing. The folks all seemed happy to just stay put and watch television or visit each other. I had a small tea party with some of the gallery left overs. Nothing goes to waste; smile!!
So today is Monday, all day, and a new week begins. I am not sure what weather is in store for us today, hopefully a bit of clearance and soft sunshine to walk out in....if not....maybe one of my girls will stop bye, pick me up for a ride over to the store and I can stock up on some eatable, delectable goodies...fresh fruit is always good but never lasts...smile...nothing does around here; must be folks who enjoy a treat or two. Sharing is caring and how much they like to share....one of the good facts of life. A good day to care and share, so get up, get busy and do your part. Be good, be kind, be YOU!! Hugs to all.
