Advice!

One is never to old to remember that youth abides within forever....thoughts, words, deeds, and the love and energy to carry on....ah...life is good!!

A favorite picture of a little friend who used to come and visit me every morning.   I  thought he, or is it a she, was such a cutie.   I love having the picture of my little visitor and miss that old fence with all its beauty.  Take a good look at those boards, almost as beautiful as the little visitor.  I am thinking of that 'saying' about beauty is in the eye of the beholder...how true...so take time out today to stop, look, and enjoy!!!  

At the moment I have an empty coffee cup;  that first cup goes down without a murmur and only one eye is open....so..off I go for a refill...be right back!!!

Ah!!! Coffee, hot and black, and tasty, such a good way to wake up and get the brain in gear..time to write a blog...about???   well when you don't go anywhere special or do anything special there is little to write about that you have not already covered a million times....good thing friends are friends and forgive you for not having a very exciting life of travel and things to brag about...smile....then you would all shut down your computer and get on with your day....smile....but...yesterday was a good day as Patricia and I went to walk the isles of the junker store and enjoyed every second.  The old antiques, the old junk everyone tires of and throw away takes on a beauty all its own and you find that you have to have a certain piece ...just because....smile!!  I came home with three little monkeys...'see no evil, hear no evil and see no evil" .   They are a green onyx and a reminder to keep an open mind, a loving heart, and be thankful for friends just like YOU.   

Be wise today and think of all of the 'little' things you can do to make someone you love happy.   Smile with your eyes.....speak with sweet words.....be YOU and have a wonderful day.    Hugs to all.
