Be My Valentine!!!

And....today is Valentine Day...a day to be a lover....someone who cares....someone who knows life would not be living if YOU were not in it....a special day to celebrate each other in thanksgiving for L O V E in your life.   The fact is it is almost over and I am finally getting around to saying a few words to let YOU know how much YOU mean to ME!!!!   How important you are in making my life special, good, healthy and yeah....FUN!!!!   I've been busy all day, had drop in company which I enjoy and attended a meeting up stairs in which we were given a real true rose and some fancy candy in a heart shaped box...yep, well loved and we enjoyed sharing the time with our peers.   

I was away yesterday, off to the casino where there was a special showing of the floats and our folks had a great entry, not a winner, but a winner to us, but an honorable mention and a lot of praise for a job well done.   We were very proud of our folks and enjoyed watching the parade of floats both beautiful and very well done, but to us ours was number one;  smile!!!!

A good time, a good trip, a little rain, warmth, love and fun ...as good as it gets..smile.    Our meeting upstairs today was fun, chocolate in heart shaped boxes hugs and smiles and later visitors wanting to share a hug this Valentine Day.   Also the beginning of lent....have you thought of some one thing you love that you are willing to give up for forty days????   It isn't easy...but..then it is not really hard....it is a challenge of your spirit and only you can show yourself how strong and resilient your really are.    That is what lent is really all about...a test to show yourself what you truly are made of......test yourself....it is very good for you and when Easter Sunday comes and you have done what you promised to do, the pride and the spirit take on a brand new meaning.

SO!!!!  Go!!!!  BE YOU!!!!!   Be good, be kind, be the one person who can be counted on;   be the one who has enough love to share to help those you love and like.   Be YOU!!!!   Be a Lenten leader and prove to yourself just what you are made of....YOU are special.....YOU are loved.....YOU  can and will share YOU with those you not only love but like...not always an easy task but one you enjoy the challenge....so... "Go with God" and spend the next forty days proving your metal....be YOU.   Hugs to all.
