Life is not the way it is supposed to be. It is the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.

Friday Morning

Good morning. It is quiet out my window, the little bird on the roof top, the worker cars parked in front of my window, shades are down in the hospital wing and silence....I would say the sky is cloudy, grey, little light but not much, and all is still. The worker cars are all parked on this side of the roadway and one cannot see in the windows as all is pitch black. The only noise is the television and one of the ladies has a harsh voice. I think she should have some elocution lessons...but she may not agree. We may have had a few rain drops as the macadam looks wet. Not a bit of breeze as the tree tops are still. My coffee cup is empty so you will have to be patient as I am going to go and refill it and then the brain may awaken and I will make a little sense. I see the cars are parked under my window this morning and three are grey, one tan and one black and that is as far as I can see. The cars all look new and all seem to be the same color of light grey although a dark blue van type just drove past the window. All is quiet and the little bird is master of all it surveys....best seat in the house...smile. The 'girls'...Christine and Patricia are heading for the casino but I am not invited this morning. They do not gamble and must want to keep me safe and secure from throwing my pennies away.... It is Friday and it looks a bit hazy out my window. The little bird has not moved. The worker cars are all new looking, three are a light dove grey, one is black or navy blue, almost black. Not a dent in one of them. I am off for a coffee refill, feet up, news on, no rush, no fuss a new day to enjoy. Go...have yourself a libation of your choice; something healthy to eat with it and put your feet up for awhile. Have yourself a good day all day doing what you like to do instead of what you think you have to do...smile..... The day is yours, enjoy it. Hugs to all.
